Nitoba Machinery offers a limited warranty on parts for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. The warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts and does not include labor. All sales are final, unless otherwise stated. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted. The customer is responsible for delivering the machine to Nitoba Machinery's authorized service center or an approved repair facility for any warranty work or repairs. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the delivery of the machine to the service center. This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse, misuse, neglect, or accidents, nor does it cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage. This warranty is also void if any unauthorized repairs or modifications have been made to the machine. This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Nitoba Machinery, and there are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nitoba Machinery shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, or use, arising from the sale or use of the machine, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
